In 2008 SCCHA was selected by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to be part of the Moving to Work (MTW) demonstration program. Created by Congress in 1996, the MTW designation provides SCCHA the flexibility to develop local approaches to meet the specific needs of low-income families in Santa Clara County. 2020 MTW AMENDED Draft Annual Plan Public Hearing
A public hearing on the draft plan was held on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 from 3:30p.m. to 4:30p.m. at the Santa Clara County Housing Authority, 505 West Julian Street, San Jose CA.
