The Santa Clara County Housing Authority (SCCHA), formerly known as The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Clara, is required to publish a public notice of funds in their custody that have become dormant per California state law. The monies will become the property of SCCHA on March 21, 2022, if they are not claimed. If you believe you may be owed monies by SCCHA, please call (408) 993-2924 or send an email to Christy.Hang@scchousingauthority.org and provide the claimant’s name, current address, and telephone number and the address used during the time period under review. Please note, representatives will first determine if you are a payee with dormant funds. If determined you are a payee with dormant funds, the representative will request documentation to verify your identity in order to be able to refund any monies owed.
