Fair Housing provides housing free of discriminatory practices and policies. Reasonable Accommodation allows an otherwise eligible family, which includes a person with a disability, to participate fully in SCCHA’s housing assistance programs.
SCCHA has a responsibility to further affirmatively Fair Housing in accordance with State and federal Fair Housing laws. The Section 504 Coordinator will ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Fair Housing Act as related to SCCHA’s housing assistance programs.
