The Santa Clara County Housing Authority (SCCHA) has developed its Draft Moving to Work (MTW) Annual Plan for fiscal year 2021 (July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021). The MTW Annual Plan describes how the agency uses its special MTW designation to be more cost effective and creative in providing affordable housing in Santa Clara County. The Draft FY2021 MTW Annual Plan with summaries and public notices in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese are available at www.scchousingauthority.org.
