Alvarado Park is a five-story affordable housing community for seniors (ages 55 and older), located at 237 Race Street in San Jose. The development will feature 90 apartment homes, including 83 one-bedroom units and 7 two-bedroom units, one of which is designated for an on-site manager. Alvarado Park is scheduled to be move-in ready in July 2025.
